The Bridge Band has proved to be an eclectic band and crowd favorite! This band is fronted by brothers Tyler and Nick Bridge, and features Ron Donegan, Shelley Smith and Scott Shaw.

 

Coming from diverse musical backgrounds, The Bridge Band comes together with a strong instrumental foundation and 4 part vocal harmony. Live, you will hear songs from a broad “classic rock” catalog with a few original tunes sprinkled in. 

 

Based out of Brookhaven, Mississippi, The Bridge Band keeps a busy schedule with festivals, receptions, and private events. They were the first band to play Brookhaven’s “Downtown Jazzed Up” Mardi Gras parade, and did so 3 years in a row. Over the years they have also performed at the Atwood Music Festival, Brookhaven’s Summer Concert Series, The Hogwild BBQ Cook-off Festival, The Ole Brook Festival, Krewe of Ceres Charity Ball, Butterfield’s Harvest Ball, and anchor the Brookstock festival just to name a few. In 2021 Brookhaven Magazine’s Best of Southwest Mississippi voted the Bridge Band “Best Local Band” and Tyler Bridge “Best Musician.”

 

2018 saw the release of a well received Christmas CD “Merry Christmas from Us to You.” 

The Bridge Band in part has provided instrumentation and backing vocals for many recordings of other artists.
